This blog is about my journey to become more fit, more healthy, and ultimately more happy. I've started a 60 day PiYo Challenge and wanted to share with you my struggles and successes. When others have shared their experiences with me, it has given me the strength and hope necessary to go on. If I can inspire just one person to exercise more, or help just one person find a way out of their crippling depression it's worth it to me.
